Q. Is this permanent solution?

 

A. This is permanent solution, once the phone is unlocked you can use any SIM card as long as it is compatible. This service will only remove NETWORK UNLOCK that does not means Google Account verification or blacklisting etc or lease lock etc. 

 

Q. What method of payment do we accept?

 

A. All Canadian customers must pay with INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER or cash in person. Others must pay with PayPal MASS PAYMENT or Family and Friends. If you don't have these options available in your paypal then you must contact PayPal to add that service in your account. 

 

Q. Does this process void the warranty with Manufacture?

 

A. No it will not void any warranty.

Q. Does it root the phone?

 

A. Unlike others, we never root your phone. 

Q. How long does this process take?

 

A. This service will take upto 24 to 72 hrs Mon to Friday. However, if there is a server delay it can take upto 5 business days. We may have faster, expensive option available you can contact us on chat to check the availability.

Q. Do you offer this service remotely since we are not local?

 

A. We do offer remote service. For remote service you need Windows based PC, good internet connection, and some skills of how to download USB drivers for Samsung etc. You can contact us through LIVE CHAT on our website, and a tech can guide you what files and tools you need to proceed this with. 

Q. How much does this service cost? 

 

A. All pricing are posted on the website just keep in mind that price listed on the website is in 'USD'. For Canadian customers you can change the language to 'CAD' above to see prices in 'CAD'. All prices are listed with tax included

Q. Do we get refund if you cannot do the job?

 

A. We have 15+ years experience in this industry, and our techs have done the job multiple times a day. However, if we cannot perform the job you will get 100% refund.
